  I've been here 6 times - we used to go in the Medbar every night and spend quite a lot of money in there. I can honestly say this place has completely changed since Manu and Xtema left. Cristian tries too hard and doesn't build a rapport with his customers like Manu and Xtema used to. We went for drinks the other night and the staff kept walking passed us - we waited about 20 minutes to get served. Today, I went to get a Crepe (which is on the menu) and was refused service and was told they wouldn't serve me despite having a VIP wrist band and the Casas del Lago card with me. Not the service I would expect after years of loyalty!! Poor service!!!

  absolutely outraged with this place, my friend and I wandered down at 11am to ask what time they open. was greeted by a man behind the counter who I assume works there, we were greeted with a very unpleasant unfriendly look. my friend asked what time do you open, to which he responded by holding up a large knife! she stood in shock looking at him, I said why is he holding a knife at you?! I loudly said that's not funny?! instead of putting the huge knife down he just said it's a joke it's a joke. again NOT FUNNY . We live in a time where terrorism threatens our everyday life, and how could any sane person be expected to laugh when a stranger in a foreign country brandishes a knife at them. if he is willing to do this then who knows what else he thinks is acceptable. if you too think knives are funny then please go and enjoy. if you value your safety I suggest you stay away.

  I don't often leave bad reviews but this place annoyed me! We called in for a snack on evening, the kids ordered Waffles and got Crapes. We went a 2nd time and they forgot to order the adults main courses. At that point we gave up!

  Service was better but still took ages to take our order. Asked for bill and paid with 50 euros. When I got my change it was 5 euros short. Got the cash back but left feeling it wasn't a 'genuine' mistake. Plenty of better places around the marina to try.

  Go to Toro Negro or Piccolla you'll have a better experience.

  Only a toastie and a coffee but fast and efficient. Food good. Had to wait for the chocolate milkshake but when it arrived it looked lush!

  It is a shame that this place has such poor service as the food is actually pretty good. Went yesterday and waited 20 mins with no one coming to take our order. In the end we upped and left as we had a boat to catch. Thought that they were maybe a little short staffed so gave it another go today (my son really wanted a crepe).
